1. Technical Assistance

If the app is freezing, you are unable to log in, or you are experiencing connectivity issues with the dashboard, please ensure you are running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us directly with a description of the bug.

2. Account Management & Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the mobile app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app or need manual administrative assistance with your data, please email our support team.
